Kristine Peters - Principal Consultant

Kristine Peters - Director of KPPM Organisational StrategistsKristine started KPPM Organisational Strategists in 1994 after extensive experience in education, retail, finance and project management.  Her focus is on helping clients to understand their options and make wise decisions based on good information and clear strategies.  Kristine's particular interest lies in smooth change management, helping organisations to bring their people along to achieve great things.  She is a popular facilitator and presenter, and has written several respected publications.

Kristine is Chair of the North West Business Development Centre (incorporating the internationally-renowned Todd Street Business Chambers).  She has a Diploma of Teaching, a Masters of Business Administration and has just been awarded her PhD, examining the role of social capital and community change.

Diane Rawley - Finance and Administration Manager

Diane is KPPM’s Finance and Administration Manager, and provides the essential 'behind the scenes' organisation that has built KPPM's project management reputation.  Her research capacity is highly regarded by our clients, particularly for her ability to explore insightful comments and identify underpinning issues, barriers and attitudes that may impact on the ability of organisations to implement seemingly straight-forward recommendations. Diane has been with KPPM since 2006, and her prior experience includes working for Reuters in London training foreign exchange dealers, and various administrative and organisational roles in tourism and hospitality.

Jane Bell - Project Officer

Jane has the uncanny ability to gain stakeholder involvement in projects and is friendly, accurate, professional and persuasive.  Jane’s expertise in setting up meetings and workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, conducting accurate and relevant surveys, co-facilitating workshops and providing excellent follow-up material are essential to KPPM’s ability to deliver insightful and achievable solutions.

Carolyn Lloyd - Key Contractor

Prior to establishing her own business, +ve results practical solutions in 2003, Carolyn worked for KPPM for seven years as a Senior Project Manager. Carolyn has particular expertise in the fields of volunteering, education, housing and transport where she has been engaged to review and evaluate existing programs, business processes and service delivery mechanisms; develop feasibility studies; and plan and implement improved business frameworks to meet strategic objectives.  Carolyn has maintained her relationship with KPPM and is frequently employed as a key sub-contractor and consultant on KPPM projects where her expertise in these areas is greatly valued.
