Kristine is director of KPPM Organisational Strategists.  Her particular interest is policy implementation that generates good outcomes for both government and the community, and her social research experience provides useful perspectives on developing and implementing policy change. Kristine’s work includes the establishment of local business associations to support economic development, red tape reduction projects, organisational communication strategies, and service reviews.

Kristine is Chair of the North West Business Development Centre and Todd Street Business Chambers and is undertaking a PhD to examine the role of knowledge transfer in behaviour change within organisations. She is a popular facilitator and conference presenter.

Samone is the Corporate Business Manager for KPPM Organisational Strategists. Her role includes the supervision of all business development and research projects for the Company.

Samone plays a lead role in coordination and supervision of KPPM’s research staff, delivery of strategic planning workshops and client business development. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management SA, Market & Social Research Society, the Australasian Evaluation Society Inc, and the Network of Enterprising Women. Her strengths lie within her ability to implement and manage change and diversity, provide leadership, and develop innovative solutions to project challenges.

Samone is also supported by in business and the Royal Society for The Blind as a participant in the 2009 Young Business Leader Program.

Diane is KPPM’s Finance and Admin Manager, and takes a lead role in our Indicator Projects. Her research capacity is highly regarded by our clients, particularly for her ability to explore insightful comments and identify underpinning issues, barriers and attitudes that may impact on the ability of organisations to implement seemingly straight-forward recommendations. Diane’s organising ability ensures that project details are addressed early and effectively, helping our team to deliver quality projects on time.
