Kristine started KPPM Organisational Strategists in 1994 after extensive experience in education, retail, finance and project management.  Her focus is on helping clients to understand their options and make wise decisions based on good information and clear strategies.  Kristine's particular interest lies in smooth change management, helping organisations to bring their people along to achieve great things.  She is a popular facilitator and presenter, and has written several respected publications.

Kristine is Chair of the North West Business Development Centre (incorporating the internationally-renowned Todd Street Business Chambers).  She has a Diploma of Teaching, a Masters of Business Administration and has just been awarded her PhD, examining the role of social capital and community change.
